Support structure for raised floor

ANNOUNCEMENTS! Support structure M30
All the metal elements that make up the structure are entirely made of steel materials with different characteristics for maximum yield. All steel materials are protected against moisture with a zinc-based surface coating (as specified for the individual elements). However, other types of treatment are envisaged for special executions.

Characteristics of the metal structure for raised floors. The structure is made entirely of steel materials with a zinc surface coating, classification code Fe Zn CL II according to UNI ISO 2081.The columns are composed of two distinct elements called base and head, and possibly completed by connecting or carrying crossbars.

BASE
Element resting on the slab. Formed by a plate in sheet metal with a diameter of 95mm / 110mm in thickness 1.5mm / 2mm suitably shaped in order to obtain the necessary rigidity and allow the coupling with a cold rolled pipe with a size of 20x2mm / 30x2mm of variable height.

HEAD
Element resting on the raised floor panel. Formed by a plate in sheet metal 90x90mm / 110 × 110 in 2.5mm thickness suitably shaped in order to obtain the coupling of the crosspieces and gaskets, a collar for the forced screwing of a tie rod, in addition to the necessary ribs and supports. An M16 / 18/20 tie rod of variable height is screwed into the collar which automatically fits at the end of the thread. A drop of thread locking adhesive cements the union of the two elements that have been previously galvanized. A nut with unscrewing notches allows micrometric adjustment of the final height. a gasket, conductive on request, completes the head.

CONNECTION CROSSBAR
Obtained by bending a Z200 galvanized sheet with a thickness of 0.9mm / 1.2mm and U-shaped with sides of 18x27x18 / 38mm in order to create a product with maximum rigidity and machining precision. The coupling of the crosspiece with the head is very precise and allows not to use the fixing screw which is still available. They are equipped with non-conductive and conductive seals on request.

CAPACITY CROSS
Obtained from straight uprights section 50 × 25 mm rectangular box of galvanized sheet Z200 thickness 0.9 / 1.2 mm in order to create a product with characteristics of maximum rigidity and machining precision. The coupling of the crosspiece with the head is very precise and allows you to use the fixing screw which is still available. They are equipped with non-conductive and conductive seals on request.

N.B.
The heights vary from a few centimeters to 2 meters. The structures are designed according to the heights and loads
