Bespoke fabrication: waterjet and CNC

From idea to finished piece

Bespoke fabrication: waterjet and CNC

5-axis waterjet, CNC machining centres, bridge saws, 45° mitring and edge polishing: in our Capo di Ponte workshop we turn a drawing into a unique piece.

The workshop

At the foot of the quarries, with factory precision.

In Capo di Ponte, in Valcamonica, a facility equipped with an overhead crane, slab jib cranes and forklifts receives blocks and slabs from all over the world. Here the technical office drawing becomes a machine program, and the cut piece passes into the hands of our craftsmen for finishing.

  • Cutting of blocks, slabs and thicknesses up to solid pieces
  • Multi-material inlays and engravings
  • Subcontract fabrication for stone companies and businesses
  • Piece-by-piece quality control, numbering from the cutting schedule

Our machinery

Industry 4.0, a craftsman's hands.

015-axis and 3-axis waterjets

Shaped and bevelled cuts and inlays in stone, porcelain and composites, even in large thicknesses.

022 Ravelli machining centres

Engraving, pocketing, recesses and 3D milling: washbasins carved from solid, lettering, bas-reliefs.

03Terzago Ø 3 m block saw

Opens up blocks and cuts heavy thicknesses, for solid steps and monolithic works.

043 Terzago bridge saws and a GMM saw

Squaring and cutting of large-format slabs with consistent precision.

05Bavelloni, Intra and edge polishers

45° mitred joints, bevels, polished edges; suction lifters to handle thin slabs safely.

We are manufacturers

If it doesn't exist, we make it.

We don't just resell: our workshop in Capo di Ponte has waterjet cutting, CNC machining centres, bridge saws and a finishing department. That is why an oversized raised-floor panel, a slab drilled for a floor socket or a one-off piece in stone are not a problem but our everyday work: from sites of thousands of square metres to private homes, right down to the niche project that calls for a single piece.

  • Cut to sizeRaised-floor panels and slabs cut to the layout schedule: out-of-square pieces, curves, perimeter strips, special pieces around columns and glazing.
  • Drilling and cut-outsHoles for floor boxes, floor sockets, ventilation grilles, air vents and access hatches: made in the workshop, delivered ready to lay.
  • Large slabsPorcelain and ceramic up to 320×160 cm and stone slabs: cutting, 45° mitred joints, bonding onto raised-floor panels, handling with vacuum lifters.
  • Edges and finishesImpact-resistant ABS RAL edging, polished edges, bevels, steel and brass inlays, bush-hammered or brushed surfaces.
  • One-off piecesWashbasins carved from solid blocks, solid steps, vases, benches, inlays and bas-reliefs: from drawing to prototype, with hand finishing.
  • Reliable lead timesIn-house production, even very small batches, delivery with our own vehicles: no third party between your drawing and the site.

We know the trade inside out, from quarry to installation: that is why we can say yes even to the requests that elsewhere stop at the quotation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which files do you need for bespoke fabrication?

A dimensioned DWG, DXF or PDF drawing is fine; for three-dimensional pieces, a STEP file or a 3D model too. If you only have a sketch, our technical office turns it into a shop drawing for your approval.

Which materials do you cut with waterjet?

Marble, granite, stone, porcelain stoneware and ceramic slabs, glass, metals and composites, including large thicknesses and multi-material inlays.

Do you also work for other stone companies and businesses?

Yes, we carry out subcontract work: waterjet cutting, CNC milling, 45° mitring and edge polishing, on our own material or material supplied by the client.
