Our history
Since 1910, with our hands in stone.
Fratelli Moncini was founded in 1910 to work natural stone. Attentive to how the market was evolving, from the 1980s we developed the production of raised access floors, technical flooring and cladding, and stone elements for street furniture.
The know-how built up over a century allows us to square the hardest materials, stone and porcelain stoneware, with precision, and to use even the finest materials with no limits on choice. We work with retailers, design practices, banks, hospitals, insurance companies and hotels on turnkey supply contracts.

A century of stone
- 1910 · The originsThe Moncini family begins working natural stone: marble, granite, serizzo.
- The 1980s · Raised floorsProduction of raised access floors, technical flooring and stone street furniture begins.
- The 2000s · Contract workBanks, headquarters, boutiques and hotels: turnkey supply in Italy and abroad, as far as the GUM in Moscow.
- Today · Stone and ceramics 4.05-axis waterjet, CNC, large porcelain slabs, a 3D showroom and a new generation in the company.
Our organisation
Everything in-house, from drawing board to installation.
Sales and technical office, administration, warehouse and installation teams. This is where surveys, cutting schedules and site works start.
The workshop: waterjets, CNC machining centres, bridge saws, a 3-metre block saw and a hand-finishing department.
Crane trucks with drivers, vans suited to historic city centres, vehicles for every installation team.
Engineers and architects in the technical office, CNC operators, finishers, stone carvers, installers: employees, not intermediaries.

Energy from the sun, materials that last
At our operational site we have carried out an energy-efficiency project with a photovoltaic system for self-generation and low-consumption LED lighting, supported by funds for the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (Axis III, Action 3c.1.1). And our materials, when properly installed, last a century.
